2. Know Your Food
- Replace one dessert a week with an un-sweetened fruit or fruit dish.
- Try at least one new fruit or veggie a week for four weeks.
- Report what you liked and what you disliked to your mentoring Sister, family, school or homeschool club, local Farmgirl Chapter, or Young Cultivators group.
